Rincón, the ‘town of beautiful sunsets’ is also known for its record-breaking waves, relaxed culture, friendly inhabitants, and delicious food. The Beach Pad is a 5 unit vacation rental conveniently located in the center of Puntas, just steps to Sandy and Pools Beach. Next door is the popular Kahuna Burger Bar. They have great burgers and it is a popular spot to go for a drink at night. The well-known Tamboo Bar and Grill is just down the street, right before Sandy Beach, and has beautiful ocean front dining. There are also boutique shops, a mini-mart, a bagel shop, sandwich shop, a coffee and smoothie shack with vegan options within walking distance! Although you can stay in Puntas, we recommend you go for a drive and explore downtown Rincón where you will find many more fantastic restaurants, shops, and bars. There is plenty to see and do in and around Rincón, like catching a sunset from the lighthouse or taking a day trip to the beautiful Gozalandia waterfalls and hiking area, not to mention all the beautiful beaches. We provide our guests with a digital guidebook full of our personal recommendations for restaurants, bars, day trips, tours and more! During low-season, hours and availability may vary for some restaurants and businesses.

• Noise level warning: The Beach Pad is a 5 unit vacation rental property surrounded by restaurants, shops, and bars in the center of Puntas. It is conveniently located and during high season (Dec-April) and holiday weekends you may hear live bands or DJs until midnight on weekdays and much later on weekends. All other times of the year you will find it to be much quieter. If you are looking for an extremely quiet, away from it all location, this may not be your best choice.
• The Beach Pad is the only property in the Sandy Beach area that has solar and a commercial grade generator, 2 backup sources of power, in an effort to ensure our guests’ comfort during the frequent power outages in Puntas.
